1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bd9i website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by bd9i and is directed at adult players located in Bangladesh. By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Use of automated systems, bots, or any software agent to create accounts or place bets is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You must not already hold another active bd9i account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business, or third party when creating an account or placing bets on the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of bd9i services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. Registration requires the submission of personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. All submitted information must be truthful and verifiable.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised those specific actions.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd9i support immediately via the contact email listed on the Platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bd9i accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh-compatible payment methods. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bd9i does not accept international credit cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency deposits.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated bd9i account may be suspended.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard. These limits may be updated by bd9i at any time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account from which the deposit was made. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.
• bd9i does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bd9i's control.

bd9i reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the amount exceeds an internally set threshold. This is a security measure designed to protect your funds and should not cause undue delay in the vast majority of cases.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bd9i offers a range of promotional incentives to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers available on the Platform:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the promotion and must not itself consist of bonus or promotional credit.
• bd9i reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any bonus or promotion at any time. Existing wagering requirements already in progress remain subject to the terms in effect at the time the bonus was originally credited.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specific games designated in the offer. Winnings from free spins are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless otherwise stated.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets and casino wagers placed on the bd9i Platform. By placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these rules in full.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed disruption resulting in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed, bd9i reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Cricket betting markets on bd9i are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). If a match is abandoned or declared a no-result, stakes will be returned unless the specific market terms state otherwise.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and to combined winnings within a single settlement period. Current maximum payout thresholds are displayed in the relevant betting markets. bd9i reserves the right to cap payouts in exceptional circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd9i Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited in their entirety.

• Using any software, algorithm, AI tool, bot, or automated system to place bets, analyse markets, or interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that exploits non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts, whether in your own name, under a false identity, or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. bd9i cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious activity where required by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd9i staff, other players, or any individual associated with the Platform through any communication channel.

bd9i actively monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bd9i reserves the right to take immediate action including account closure, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bd9i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which bd9i may take such action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• The account holder is found to have provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter, including during KYC verification.
• The account is suspected of being used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions, in which case the account will be suspended for the duration specified and access to the Platform will be blocked during that period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd9i Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software interfaces, and the overall design and layout — is the property of bd9i or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bd9i. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of bd9i's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd9i shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, even if bd9i has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bd9i does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. The Platform may be subject to temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances outside bd9i's reasonable control. bd9i will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime or interruptions.

11. Responsible Gaming

bd9i is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulty. bd9i provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gambling activity. 12. Amendments to These Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
